the day of pentecost marks the birth of the church
the power of pentecost was the outpouring of the Holy Spirit
the effectiveness of the pentecost depended upon the understanding between the people due to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit

Prophet means a spokesmen for God. not merely a predicter

Jesus will be fulfilling what was the role of Aaron
Prophetic - proclamation - justice
Priest - Compassion in us
King - empower people
Jesus played all 3 roles in His own ministry
now the church is playing the role instead
Luk 10:27
we're to teach people how to have a productive life
church is not just about to have a relationship with God but also with the people
Jesus died for every single person in the parable
